Kow Amponsah Sam

Kow has over 21 years of experience in the private sector. He graduated from the University of Cape Coast with a B. Sc. in Agricultural Science and has a certificate in Export Finance and Marketing. His experience includes the founding of the ACS-Xerox company, being the Chief Executive Officer - Prep-eez Tech Ltd and a Consultant with World Bank, Mastercard Foundation, Ghana Exim Bank, and 1D1F Initiative. Kow is currently a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Crop Estates Limited with overall responsibility for the company's vision and drive to ensure maximum benefits to its clients and shareholders

Richard N. Baidoo

An Agronomist by training and profession with a solid twenty years of working experience. His expertise covers strategic planning, policy formulation, budgeting and management of nucleus plantations and out-grower schemes using best agronomic practices. He holds an M.Sc. Agronomy from the University for Development Studies (Tamale-N/R, 2017) and a B.Sc. Agriculture and Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast (1998). Richard has garnered a rich career history, working with Unilever Ghana Plantations Ltd and British American Tobacco Ghana Ltd amongst others.

Albert Kwame Wilson

Mr. Albert Kwame Wilson is a Commercial Planter, an Agro-Forestry Business Executive, a Charity Worker and an Environmentalist with expertise in Strategic Business and Corporate Planning, Plantation Development and Management. He has spent the last 30 years researching, developing and promoting Non-Timber Forest Products as part of a broad objective to contribute to the diversification of Ghana’s export base and facilitation of an export-led growth strategy primarily through Wilson Consortium Ltd. Mr. Albert Wilson is a founding member of the Institute of Directors, Ghana, and was instrumental in formulating the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for the Institute and subsequently served 3 terms on the Governing Council. He currently serves as the Board Chairman of Crop Estates Ltd, and is the Executive Chairman of Wilson Consortium Ltd, a venture he established in 1994.

Marian L. Kitcher

Marian Kitcher is an Administration and Procurement specialist with over 15 years of experience in the private sector and expertise in Management, Organizational Design and Restructuring, Procurement and Human Resource Management. She has a bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cape Coast, and further certificates in Securities and Investment from the Securities and Investment Institute, United Kingdom. Marian currently serves as the Head of Department - Procurement and Admin for OIL & MARINE AGENCIES GH. LTD (OMA) vis-à-vis her role on the Board of Directors of Crop Estates.
